§1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Threadly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms occasionally; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
§2. The Service
Threadly is a software-as-a-service product that helps creators draft, schedule, and analyse content for Meta Threads, with optional AI assistance. The service is offered as-is and may evolve — features may be added, modified, or retired with reasonable notice.
§3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One human, one account.
§4. Pricing & Refunds
§4.1 Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in MYR via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
§4.2 Credits
Purchased credits never expire as long as your account is in good standing. Monthly plan credits cap at one hundred — they do not roll over indefinitely past that ceiling. Credits are consumed by AI actions (content generation, analysis, strategy runs) at the rates shown in-product. We may adjust these rates with advance notice. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits are issued to your account.
§5. Acceptable Use
You shall not use Threadly to: send spam, harass, deceive, or harm others; publish content that violates Meta's Threads Terms of Service or Community Guidelines; run automation that violates Threads' rate limits or platform policies; or scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer Threadly itself. We reserve the right to refuse service to any account engaged in abusive activity.
§6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of every post, draft, and asset you create or upload through Threadly. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely as required to operate the service on your behalf. We claim no rights beyond this operational necessity.
§7. AI-Generated Content
Threadly uses third-party large-language models to assist with drafting and analysis. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate, and you are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not warrant that AI-generated text is original, factual, or non-infringing — treat it as a draft, not a finished article.Placeholder · to be refined
§8. Liability & Disclaimers
Threadly is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific growth outcomes, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
§9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put our platform integrations — for example, Threads API access — at risk. You may close your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
§10. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and surfaced inside the product at least seven days before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia — unless local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides you with stronger rights that cannot be waived.
